PROJECT SUBJECT
The subject of the project is the purchase of new machining tools and creation of the new precision machining section. The legitimacy of incurring investment expenses is connected with exhaustion of possibilities of production process modification in terms of its effectiveness (product realization time, deviation scope, product repeatability) and possibility of using IT systems as the element for planning machining activities.
ACTIONS IN THE PROJECT
1. Purchase of CNC turning centre with the dedicated programming system in the block design
2. Purchase of realization quality control based on the measuring device
3. The implementation of project goals at the level of a result connected with extension of the scope of services provided, environment protection, workplaces industrial safety. We are planning to use the specified fixed assets at least during the depreciation period – at least 7 years, what refers both, to machines as well as measuring equipment and software.
PROJECT PRODUCTS
The project products are: CNC turning machine with software (1 item of fixed assets) with the desired working parameters covering the possibility of performing the whole machining cycle using 24 tools in 3 planes with the system for software preparation (intangible assets – taken into account jointly with fixed assets), able to program the CNC centre based on the block activity programming. In terms of measuring tools necessary for the purposes of quality control a measuring device will be purchased (1 item of fixed assets). Further on, we shall try to support the development of personnel competence by means of basing it on training and knowledge significant for the type of specialization and as far as the management personnel is concerned, it will be more important to focus on implementation of innovative technical, technological and service solutions.
